All of my comments apply to the US version. I looked at the FSM in the dropbox and it is dated 10/2006, First Edition. It's not clear what years it applies to.

I had a 2008 EX CRV, and still have my hardcopy 07-08 FSM. Now I have an 11 EXL CRV and have been looking for the updated 2007-2011 FSM. It seems there is a 2007-2010 FSM, but I have not found one that covers 2011. These FSMs can be found on eBay, and probably at helminc. In the dropbox FSM, the recommended oil is 5W20. This would be correct for my 08.
However, that would not be correct for the 11, as it calls for 0W20 oil. My hunch is that the dropbox FSM applies mostly to 07, due to the 10/2006 publication date.

When I get a chance I'll check the date on my 07-08 FSM and will update this post. Edit/update - At helminc, there is no FSM listed for 2007. For 2008-2011, the same FSM is listed for every year - p/n 61SSWA04, $175. Edit - My 2007-2008 FSM, p/n 61SWA01, has a publication date of 9/2007, which is consistent with 07-08 coverage. I think this confirms that the dropbox version applies to 2007 because of its 10/2006 publication date.
